Scale With TDLast updated: August 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Scale With TD ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use the Service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.
Account information: your email address and password (handled by Supabase Auth — we never see or store your raw password), and an optional display name.
Project data: topics, niche/format/tone selections, and the scripts, captions, visual prompts, and images or video clips generated from them.
Payment information: when you subscribe or top up credits, payment is processed by Paystack. We receive confirmation of the transaction and your plan/credit balance — we never receive or store your full card details.
Usage data: basic technical information (e.g. timestamps, error logs) used to operate and debug the Service.
To provide the Service — generating and storing your projects, authenticating your account, and processing payments.
To communicate with you — account-related emails (password resets, billing receipts) and, if you've opted in, product updates.
To maintain and improve the Service — diagnosing errors, understanding usage patterns at an aggregate level.
Running the Service means some of your data passes through providers we rely on to deliver it. Currently: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Google Gemini and Google Stitch (script and image generation — your topic and generated text/prompts are sent to these providers to produce output), Paystack (payment processing), and Vercel (application hosting). If you configure optional providers yourself (e.g. ElevenLabs for voice, OpenAI for images or transcription), your project content is sent to those providers too, under their own terms.
We don't sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't share it beyond what's needed to operate the Service as described above.
Your data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security restricting access to your own account's data. We use industry-standard practices to protect stored data, but no system is perfectly secure — you're responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile and associated projects are permanently deleted from our database (this cascades automatically — see our Terms). Some records (e.g. payment transaction history) may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your Account settings. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us directly (see Section 11) if you can't do so yourself in the app.
We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in) and may use browser local storage to remember interface preferences. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data protection laws than where you live.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco, consistent with our Terms & Conditions.
